DESIGN GUIDE & MARKINGS
Butterfly
Alleles:Rarity: Rare

Butterfly creates a border and colorful patterns across the wings.
Rules
- The ventral and dorsal sides of the wings don't have to match perfectly, but should clearly look like the same overall patterns and colors.
Border
- Must be black or any color significantly darker than those inside the border.
- Overlays all other wing markings.
- Can display a slight gradient but must remain darker than the darkest interior color.
- At minimum, requires a simple border along the edge of the Kalacros' wing.
Interior
- Allows up to five colors, with patterns like gradients, spots, stripes, swirls, etc., resembling butterfly wings.
- Permits up to two "eyespots" per wing, required to be round to differentiate from Ocellus marking.
Dominant
- Increases color allowance to up to six colors in the interior.
- Border gradient can blend with the base color.
- Allows for up to three "eyespots" per wing, maintaining the round shape requirement.
Bicolor Interaction
- ⭐NOTE!! This interaction is being tested, and may be removed at any time!! ⭐
- When applied to Butterfly, Bicolor can change either the ventral or dorsal side of the wing to a less vibrant version of itself!
- This effect should be achieved by filling the chosen side with a tan color on the "color" mode, or by total de-saturation.
- Simply darkening the wing will NOT work - it must still clearly be the same/a similar design as the vibrant side.
